This agreement is for organizations or persons that provide materials to a university library for digitization and on-line dissemination purposes.  

  This form allows the university to take photographs and/or video and sound recordings of minor children and use such images / recordings for broad promotional purposes, e.g. in connection with student camps, workshops and festivals hosted by the university.  

  This template may be used when university wants to own the materials produced by independent contractors engaged by the university.
